On Monday night, Nov. 25, Edwards County Sheriff’s Deputies Travis Roosevelt and Jonah Laws, with assistance from Albion City Police Officer Marc Hodge and Grayville City Police Officer Shannon Trusty, executed a search warrant on a residence located at 204 East Main Street, Apartment 2, in Albion. Found during the execution of the warrant was a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, suspected drug paraphernalia, and firearm ammunition. Arrested and taken into custody was Robert J. Dodge, 56, a resident of this address.

Dodge was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, unlawful use of property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of firearm ammunition by a felon.

Dodge was booked into the White County Jail at Carmi pending the setting and posting of bond. Charges are merely accusations; a person is presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
